This is a set of connector components designed for new energy photovoltaic and automotive electrical systems, mainly including MC4 photovoltaic wiring harness connectors and automotive terminal connectors, which can meet the stringent connection requirements of outdoor photovoltaic power stations and in-vehicle environments.
The MC4 photovoltaic connector adopts copper-tin plated pins with a flame-retardant insulating housing, suitable for 4-6mm² photovoltaic cables. It features IP67 dustproof and waterproof performance, stable operation in a wide temperature range from -40℃ to +90℃, and withstands 1500V DC voltage. The automotive terminal connectors are made of high-elasticity phosphor bronze pins, which can be tin-plated or gold-plated on the surface. With low contact resistance and resistance to repeated plugging and unplugging, they can adapt to scenarios such as vehicle body low-voltage circuits, sensor signal transmission and high-current loads. Optimized with automotive-grade anti-vibration, dustproof and waterproof design, the standardized interface supports quick plugging and modular assembly, taking into account the convenience of mass vehicle production and after-sales maintenance and replacement. These automotive terminal connectors are widely used for wiring harness connections of on-board equipment such as headlights, ECUs and motors.
