Precision Tooling & Die Design

In-house tooling is the foundation of quality. Our experienced mold engineers utilize UG/NX, AutoCAD to design high-precision progressive dies and injection molds. Every tool is CMM-inspected and trial-run before mass production, ensuring dimensional accuracy and repeatability.

Metal Stamping

Equipped with high-speed punching machines (up to 60T), we produce millions of terminals and connector pins monthly. SPC (Statistical Process Control) monitors critical dimensions in real-time, and coil feeders ensure continuous, stable output with tight tolerances (±0.01mm).

Injection Molding

Our injection workshop runs 40+ machines (80T–250T) for connector housings, seals and custom plastic parts. Scientific molding parameters, robotic arm take-out and automatic sorting ensure consistent part quality. Materials include PA66, PBT, LCP and other engineering plastics.

Wire Harness Assembly

Semi-automated and manual assembly lines handle crimping, ultrasonic welding, taping and final testing. Every harness undergoes 100% continuity test and crimp force monitoring. Labels, seals and custom routing are available per customer specifications.
